Hitz & Partner has supported the shareholder of Helbling Reisen AG in the sale of a minority interest in the company to Let's go tours AG. In addition to the sell-side advisory services, Hitz & Partner also assisted Helbling Reisen AG with tax advice.
Helbling Reisen AG, based in Gossau SG and with a branch in Teufen AR, and Let's go Tours AG, Schaffhausen, are deepening their cooperation. The specialized tour operator Let's go Tours acquires a stake in the renowned eastern Swiss travel agency Helbling Reisen and takes a seat on the board of directors.
Let's go Tours is a leading specialist in travel to Africa, Arabia and the Indian Ocean. These are all destinations to which Helbling Reisen's discerning clientele enjoys frequent travel. Thanks to the cooperation, Helbling guests will in future benefit from exclusive offers and even more specialist knowledge.
