Arques Industries Ltd., D-Starnberg has acquired 100% of Georg Fischer Schwab GmbH & Co. KG, D-Pfullingen with effect of March 31, 2006. The target company produces pre-wall systems and concealed plastic cisterns for the sanitary industry, used as flushing device for toilets. Its products are distributed worldwide.
